About Us

OCP, Olympic Ceilings and Partitions (Pty) Ltd, is a specialist ceiling and drywall partition construction company that render their services in the Cape Metropole and adjacent areas.

Jan O’Kennedy established the company, at the time called Olympic Partitions (Pty) Ltd t/a Perfect Partitions (Pty) Ltd, in 1996.

In 2021 Granville Rex joined the company full time as an active business partner and shareholder. At the same time, and as part of the company’s updated marketing and sales strategy, the company logo and registered trading name was changed to Olympic Ceilings and Partitions (Pty) Ltd.

All our specialist services are rendered by our trained and dedicated operational teams, all of which work under the guidance of long serving qualified and experienced team leaders, some of which have been with the company since inception.

Ceilings

Ceilings are installed to cover the roof and structure of a room and can be horizontal or follow the roof slope. They can also be installed between trusses to create a design feature. Ceiling installations typically include insulation, custom bulkheads, recesses, light troughs, skylights, and cornices.

Bulkheads

Bulkheads are normally architecturally designed and normally include various available lighting options. Custom designed bulkheads range from stylish designs for small domestic rooms up to massive structures that form focus areas in commercial and retail buildings.

Drywall Partitions

The installation of drywall partitions normally include a large variety of specialist boards which includes specialist fire- and sound absorbing boards as well as doors, door frames, windows, window frames, fixed glass viewing panels, sound absorbing material installed in wall cavities and skirtings.

Isoboard

Isoboard is a thermal insulation board for ceilings, walls and other applications, available in various designs and thicknesses, ranging from 30mm to 50mm and lengths from 1.8m to 8.0m. We are authorized installers and use only original Isoboard products.
